Following instructional project briefings, Vistra Solutions will coordinate a photo shoot to capture individual scene segments, develop a detailed storyboard and script detailing suggested voiceover, background music and instructional text segments (for training delivery).

Vistra Solutions will submit storyboard, incorporating any changes required, for review and signoff.

Vistra Solutions in cooperation with Client will coordinate film shoot logistics, and then move into production.

Vistra Solutions will provide all filming resources, camera crew, sound, stock, and equipment.

Upon completion of the film shoot, a rough edit voice-over, sound, music, instructional text and DVD authoring (menus) will be assembled and provided for client feedback. After changes are implemented, a second draft will be provided to Client for critiquing and signoff.

Final master video/ DVD will be produced for Client
